1. This conveyor is easy to adjust for different volume bottle,and the coveyor is made of stainess steel which is very easy to clean.
2. The width of the guardrail on both sides of the conveyor belt should be adjusted according to the bottle size to ensure that the bottle can pass smoothly.
3. Every filling head has anti-drop design. It promise do not waste the material. And diameter of filling head basis on the diameter of customer’s barrel’s mouth.
4. When the bottle passes through the photoelectric sensor, the system automatically counts and executes the filling instructions. The corresponding filling station will not trigger the filling process without obtaining the photoelectric detection signal.
