1.Automatic bottle feeder you can put some bottles on feeder.Then the feeder will feed bottle one by one automatically.
2.Ion bottle washer with ion generator and dust collector. The working principle of the machine: the ion generator generates ions, which are blown into the empty bottle through the air blowing structure, and the ions rub against the air to generate negative ions to form dust. Finally, the vacuum cleaner will absorb the dust to achieve the effect of cleaning the bottle.
3.Automatic liquid sauce piston filling machine,we have 2/4/6/8/10 heads filler etc.Different filling heads speed is different, it depends on your production requirement. Standard machine can fill 50-1000ml,other volume can be customized.Different filling volume can be adjusted in touch screen. Some material need hopper mixing and heating.
4.Automatic screw capping machine, can be equipped with automatic caps feeding device, no need puts caps on bottle one by one, save labor.The torque of the capping is adjustable
5.Automatic double sides labeling machine with round bottle labeling device,suitable for one sides labeling, two sides labeling and round side labeling.Extremely versatile, the labeling height can reach 200mm, and can be equipped with a coding machine to print the production date, expiration date, batch number, etc.
6.Automatic PVC label sleeve shrink labeling machine, it can sleeve the neck or the bottle body, which is conducive to product preservation or transportation
