This is one of our liquid filling line for bottling shampoo,detergent ,dish wash,cream,gel etc, different bottle sizes can be adjusted.Suitable for round bottle,square bottle,flat bottles etc.No need to change any parts if you change the bottle sizes.Machines are adjustable.
Machine working process:1 automatic empty bottles soring-2 automatic filling liquid into bottles-3 automatic feeding caps on bottles on by one-4 automatic capping machine-5 inkjet printer-6 automatic round bottle labeling machine-7 collecting finished product
1.Automatic bottle unscrambler, bottles are sorted out one by one.
2.Automatic bottling shampoo piston filling machine,2/4/6/8/10/12 heads filler etc.Speed is different,if you have high speed requirement pls contact our sales.Machine can fill 50-500 ml,100-1000 ml,1000 ml -5000 ml,which are customized according to your requirement.You can set different filling volume in touch screen,easy to operate.No bottle no filling.
3.Automatic vibration caps feeder,suitable for standard round screw caps,pump head caps,spray caps,but only suitable for one caps size.This vibration caps feeder feeding caps on bottle one by one,save labor.No bottle no caps feeding.
4.After caps feeding on bottle automatically,bottles will come to four wheels screw capping machine,different bottles sizes is adjustable ,capping torque controllable.
5.After capping,we can add a inkjet printer ,this is optional ,you can choose it according to your need.machine can print product information ,ingredient list, expiry date, expiry date, barcode, etc., can choose different languages, different colors of ink.No bottles no printing.
6.Automatic round bottle labeling machine,self-adhesive label（sticker),different label sizes can be adjusted it in touch screen,different bottle sizes are adjustable.This labeling machine adopts round bottle clamp bottle positioning sticker, and the accuracy is up to ±1 mm.we produce double sizes labeling ,one side labeling for square flat bottles as well.
7.Rotary table to collect finished product.
In addition, you can add automatic plastic film sleeve and shrink wrapping machines, automatic cartoon boxes opening and sealing machines, automatic cartooning boxes packing machines, automatic finished cartoon boxes sealing machines, etc.
