What is single head automatic powder filling machine?This machine use servo motor for filling,Panasonic PLC and Panasonic frequency converter, All configurations are international famous brands. Stable structure and durable.Machine can fill max 5kg one time,no bottle no filling, speed up to 20 bottles per minute, It depends on your filling volume and your bottle size. There is a level sensor in the auger head hopper, when the powder is not enough for filling, this sensor will detect it and give a signal to PLC, then the powder feeder will load powder to auger head hopper automatically, save labor.Machine can be equipped with a powder feeder.
After filling spice powder,bottles will come to capping machine, this capping machine is equipped with automatic caps feeding device,no bottles no caps feeding.Machine is Panasonic PLC and Panasonic frequency converter. This capping head is 4 wheels capping. More torque on all four wheels, tighter spin.
After capping machine, the bottles come to automatic aluminum foil sealing machine. Generally speaking, there will be an aluminum foil gasket on the lid of the perfume powder bottle, which will facilitate the transportation and storage of the product after sealing.This machine we have air cooling and water cooling two types. But I recommend the water-cooled aluminum foil sealing, because the water-cooled sealing effect is better and the machine is more durable
After aluminum foil sealing machine, bottle will come to labeling machine, there is a sensor to detect the bottle, when the bottles come into right position, It will give a signal to PLC, then label out one by one. No bottle no labeling.
