This 4 heads filling production line line is suitable for round bottles/jars filling honey, sauces, creams and more.Machine can fill 50-1000ml standard,the whole line speed 16-24 bottles per minute.Machines structure are stainless steel 304.
1.Automatic bottles conveyor feeder,you can put more bottles on conveyor one time,this conveyor will feed empty bottles one by one.Save more labor.
2.Automatic 4 heads bottle washing machine,which is mainly used for rinsing glass bottles and PET bottles before filling. It mainly consists of bottle feeding, bottle grabbing, inversion, rinsing, water control, inversion reset, bottle out and other processes. The bottle is rinsed with water and then the machine immediately blows air into the bottle to remove the water droplets,achieve the cleaning effect in the bottle.It runs fully automatically, is stable and reliable, and is suitable for various Winery, beverage factory, seasoning factory and other manufacturers.The machine adopts strong mechanical clamping jaws. The parts are precision cast by 304 stainless steel, which is stable and reliable. Each part is inlaid with tetrafluoroethylene and synthetic rubber, which makes it easier to clamp the bottle.The speed of the equipment can be adjusted, and the height can be adjusted manually when changing the bottle.
