Working Principle:
The working principle of the labeling machine is that: The items need to stick labels will be fed into the labeling machines with a conveyor, running with constant even speed to the mechanical clamps separate device. And the device will separate the finished bags/bottles/cartons with a fixed distance, then push the items into the labeling direction to finished sticking labels.
It includes drive wheel, labeling wheel and a stick roll to hold and install the label stick rolls . The driving wheel will drags the label strip to move intermittently, so that the label can be pulled out from the label stick rolls, and meanwhile, the labeling wheel will press against the item to ensure the label could stick on the finished bags/bottles/cartons smoothly. Since the label strips are connected with each other, the label stick roll installation structure can help to maintain the label strip tension. The labeling wheel moves always running with the same speed with the finished bags/bottles need to stick labels.
Since the labels maybe slide slightly, it has equip with a color mark on it to ensure each label will be placed correctly before labeling. When the label stick reduce it’s speed, the driving wheels will read the sensor and reposition it to correct place, can avoid any errors on the label.
