If you are the first time to operate the liquid bottle filling line. Then how to do the assembling and operation before you start the mass production in your factory?
Today we are going to show you step by step.
Step 1:Wire connection & Assembling the conveyor belt:
When you receive the packing lines. You have to display them one by one like the below picture. From Bottle turntable--Negative ion rinser(option)---Bottle filling machine--Capping machine--Labeling machine--Inkjet printer(option) to collect platform. Install the conveyor belts to let them be completely bottle filling line. The details operation pls refer to the video we posted on youtube:
Step 2: Adjust and Operate bottle turntable:
Round bottle in different diameter can be used on this bottle turntable. Just need to adjust the structure to meet different diameter. Only take around 5minutes to adjust it. Pls refer to the details video we posted on youtube:
Remark: Pls note that only available for Round bottle.If your bottle is in Square shape or oval shape.then we have the other solution.
Step 3: Negative ion bottle rinser/washing machine:
The negative ion bottle rinser is an extra option. Sometimes customer they wanna use a bottle washing machine.like as by water or by air or Negative ion to keep the bottle clean before filling liquid. Pls kindly check the adjustment &operation video we posted on youtube:
Remark: All parameter have been set down already if you do not to change the bottle size.
Step 4.Piston bottle filling machine:
We do provide the piston filling machine as the right filling machine for juice.sauce etc...Filling nozzle from 4 nozzle to 10 nozzle etc to meet your production. No matter to dock with front production line with hot temperature. High temperature resistance filling hoses we used.Mixer and heater installed on the material hopper to ensure the liquid with good flow. The details adjustment & operation video pls refer to:
Remark: If you test the bottle filling machine under Manual operation system.Pls turn on the function of “Positioning cylinder” before you press”Filling nozzle down”.
Step 5 : Capping machine:
This kind of Clamp capping machine with cap lifter is only available for that regular cap which cap width is wider than cap height.

Remark:Pls note that One cap dimension needs cap feeding structure.
Step 6: Labeling machine:
Before you install that label roller.you may refer to the diagram which shown on the touch screen.
If you are using a transparent mark.then have to use a customized transparent sensor.

Step 7: Inkjet printer:
Inkjet printer is an extra option. No matter you use glass bottle or PET Bottle. No matter you wanna print the info on bottle body or bottle bottom or cap surface. The details operation video pls refer to it we posted on youtube:
Remark: It can be print on the bottle body or cap surface. Just need to fix the print head on the correct position.
