How to transport the popcorn from the ground to the top of the turntable ? Our whole set of machine is around 2.30 meter height.There are will be a Z type material conveyor to transport the popcorn to from the ground to the top of the storage hopper.
More importantly , the Z type material conveyor could feed the popcorn to storage hopper, when there is not enough popcorn automatically. Because there is a sensor to identify the material, if the material is not enough, it will send the signal to Z type weigher to feed in time.
Besides, the bag length could be changed on the touch screen directly, so one machine could pack different bag size for different targe weight. However, the machine is with the bag former,which help the roll film to form the bag automatically. One bag former is for one bag width. If you have another bag width , you will need to change another bag former.
