For filling machine, there are 2 types most common used filling machine.
Gravity Type and Piston Type filling machine.They are two different bottle filling machines.And suitable for different liquid.
Gravity type filling machine is filling by gravity, and measure the volume by controlling the filling times. It's suitable for filling free flow liquid like water, juice. With in-line structure, the filling heads can be custom-made from 6heads to12 heads or more based on different production capacity needs. The filling volume is controlled by filling time.
Gravity filler is lower cost, but not a good option for hot sauce product. Because hot sauce is much thicker liquid, filling depends on just gravity will be very slow and no accuracy. Sticky sauce will need to fill with a piston Type filling machine, driven by pneumatic to force the liquid filling. Faster and higher accuracy.
Application:
This Piston Type of filling machine can be suitable for not just hot sauce, also can work with other thick sauce like peanut butter, pepper sauce, tomato paste, chili sauce, jam and so on.
