The Tube filling and sealing machine is a high-tech equipment developed by our factory according to the GMP production requirements, introducing foreign advanced technology and optimizing the design. Widely used in daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It is a special equipment for filling and sealing of various materials such as cosmetic toothpaste, shoe polish, cream,facewash etc. On the basis of the original filling and sealing machine, this machine adopts the principle of sealing disassembly and assembly, which greatly improves the production efficiency, simplifies the adjustment of the sealing width, and facilitates the replacement of the sealing letters.
The filling, sealing, pressing, tooth shifting and positioning of the machine all adopt the principle of electromechanical, optoelectronic and electrical pump integration. The displacement positioning air pump filling, sealing and other actions are completed through the cam indexing mechanism. Seven processes including filling, heating, sealing, tail cutting, and ejection. All actions are done synchronously with the same output. Ensure the integration of actions and improve the reliability and stability of actions.
The power of the filling and sealing machine is controlled by the frequency conversion system, and the user can adjust the corresponding speed according to different specifications and filling volumes. The filling system is driven by an air pump, a plunger pump type check valve control structure, and a photoelectric induction structure to achieve tube filling and constant movement. All parts in contact with the material are made of corrosion-resistant high-chromium high-quality stainless steel.
The machine is compact in structure, easy to grasp the operation process, accurate in filling, stable in operation, low in noise and convenient in maintenance. It is an ideal filling and sealing machine equipment.
Operating Rules
1. Connect the 220V power supply and air source (pressure not lower than 0.4Mpa), the power indicator light is on. The speed of the turntable of this machine is adjusted by the frequency converter, turn on the frequency conversion start switch, press the (RUN) button on the frequency converter, and then rotate the frequency converter knob to control the speed. Turn on the main switch of the air source and check whether the heating, sealing, tail cutting and ejecting cylinders work normally.
2. Due to the different specifications of the hose, different molds are used for the hose test seal. After the complete die base is installed, adjust the height so that the nozzle reaches the sealing height. Turn on the heating switch and set the internal heating and external heating temperature. After the power is turned on, the ammeter will indicate that the temperature should be gradually increased to achieve the ideal sealing temperature. (Typically the internal heating is set to 250 degrees and the external heating is set to 210 degrees). Filling can be done after the temperature rises to the set value.
3. Adjust the filling volume, according to different specifications, rotate the filling volume adjustment knob to adjust the filling volume. The filling machine adopts photoelectric induction filling tube, and other containers can be filled by induction and then weighed after adjusting the measurement.
4.Adjust the production date number, remove the pressure gear plate of the sealing machine, and replace the required production date font number.
5. After the above steps are adjusted,insert the sample tube before the test machine.
Tube Machine Maintenance
1 When the cam indexing mechanism is working normally, the exhaust port should be released. The indexer lubricating oil adopts heavy-duty gear oil or other circulating oil of the same quality, which can be supplemented or replaced regularly according to the actual situation.
2. The filling and sealing machine should be cleaned and kept clean and unobstructed. The valve can be opened and closed freely to prevent foreign objects, sand and other hard objects from being brought into the system and damaging the cylinder.
3. The transmission parts of each filling and sealing machine should be regularly filled with lubricating oil to maintain good lubrication and prolong the service life of the whole machine.
4. The air source valve should be closed when the clamp is opened. Do not cut off the air when clamping to avoid damage to the ejector rod.
