This single head automatic powder filling production line is suitable for filling powdered materials such as milk powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, rice powder, solid drink ,spice powder ,talcum powder,and so on.
All stainless steels are 304(can be customized SS316).Filling capping labeling machines use internal famous configuration such as Panasonic PLC and Panasonic frequency converter.Different bottle size can be adjusted.
Powder filling machine adopt servo motor for filling,high precision,stable and durable.Can fill max 5kg powder into bottle per time(if you have other bigger volume can be customized.)Different filling volume can be adjusted in touch screen.No bottle no filling,save powder.Speed up to max 20 bottles per minute.Of course we have two heads three heads and high speed powder filling machine as well.It depends on your production requirement.This powder filler can be equipped with powder feeder(optional),when the powder is not enough in the hopper,powder feeder can loading powder to hopper automatically.
After filling powder ,bottles/jars will come to capping machine then close the capsautomatically.Machine is equipped with caps feeder(optional),when the bottle come into right position,there is a sensor to detect it and give a signal to PLC,then machine will feed caps on bottle ,no bottle no caps feeding.
After capping,the bottle will come to aluminum foil sealing(aluminum foil gasket is already attached to the cover),this function is to enhance product sealing and avoid moisture.Some product no need this machine, is acceptable.
Then bottle will come to labeling,this is adhesive sticker.We have round bottle labeling,double sides labeling ,one side labeling,top and bottom side labeling etc.It is customized according to your bottle type.No bottles no label-out.This labeling machine can be equipped with ribbon printer,laser printer,ink-jet printer which can print expire date,batch number etc.
Optional bottle washing machine,UV sterilization ， bottle dryer ,cartooning machines etc.
