For this type, the working pressure in the bottle must be lower than the atmospheric pressure, and then the filling and filling of the product is carried out according to the basic principle of standard air pressure equalization. This type of filling and sealing machine is generally simple in structure, but has good fusion and sealing performance among the components, and does not have great requirements on the consistency of raw materials.
3. Working pressure filling method
This type of filling is carried out under the standard of higher than atmospheric pressure. One is to use the working pressure in the discharge tank to be similar to the working pressure in the bottle, and inject it into the bottle by the weight of the liquid material, also known as isobaric filling.
